About Brownhills Asphalt Tarmac LTD
Brownhills Asphalt Tarmac LTD was founded in 1983, firstly carrying out projects mainly consisting of Tarmac works in the West Midlands Area. Since then the company has grown and diversified into three different divisions, with teams currently in; Groundworks/ Civils and Surfacing, Fabrications and Powder Coating. This ensures you only need to go to one company for all your external works which in turn keeps the costs down for our valued clients and ensures the quality of the works is always an extremely high standard throughout all three divisions.
Our fabrications division is based at our factory in Norton Canes, Staffordshire. The division prides itself in dealing with all types of bespoke steel fabrication work of all sizes, specialising in mild steel production, with facilities to undertake all types of work including stainless steel and aluminum. With all works carried out in our fully equipped factory unit, we are able to offer a full delivery of works from initial enquiry, quotation design, fabrication through to final installation, covering all project management based on individual customer requirements.
Our Groundworks/Civils and Surfacing division is based at our head office in Bloxwich, West Midlands. After expanding our office staff considerably due to newly awarded framework partnerships we are able to deliver key performance indicators (KPI's) through our professionally developed help desk team. With our large range of technical staff we can ensure all quotations are provided within our targeted 7 day lead time. This is then echoed with our direct skilled work force who can adhere to extremely quick start dates. We have reactive teams soley set up ready to fulfill priority works throughout all BAT departments.
Our Yard located locally at Brownhills, Walsall provides us with the key facilities capable of recycling aggregates, storage of specialist materials & equipment.
BAT's Surfacing team is able to carry out works within the streetwork sector with continued training and certifications being held.
Our dedicated teams ensure the highest quality standards in every project, offering a fully comprehensive range of services within the external sector.
A large proportion of our works are tailored to the education sector which we can operate within live and sensitive sites due to our experienced and fully trained operatives. Our office staff ensure accreditatons and training is kept to the latest industry standards.
As part of our continued growth to providing our customers with continued quality of work and priding ourselves on efficiency of turnover and repeat customer support, in 2023 we aquired our own powder coating plant in Bloxwich, West Midlands and our powder coating divison was created. Within our own fully equipped factory powder coating unit we are able to provide a high quality finish to all types of steel work, large or small. With our friendly and helpful staff we are able to coat all RAL or BS colours to specific customer requirements and finishes to the quality you require.
